Our Operation
A&W Ranch Maple Syrup operates a 600-tap maple syrup production system utilizing a vacuum pipeline for efficient sap collection. The process includes reverse osmosis to concentrate the sap, followed by evaporation using a 2x6 evaporator to achieve the desired syrup consistency. After evaporation, the syrup is filtered through a filter press to remove impurities before reaching the final stage of bottling. This system ensures high-quality maple syrup production.

How it all started
A&W Ranch Maple Syrup has been crafting pure, delicious syrup since 1980, when the late Bob Abercrombie and my father, Keith Wesbrook, turned their passion for sugaring into a tradition. What began as a shared love for making syrup has grown into a legacy—one that I am proud to carry forward. With every batch, we honor their dedication, ensuring that A&W Ranch continues to bring the finest maple syrup to your table.
